JJActivos

Established in 2001, JJActivos specializes in financial and commercial assets management and recovery and is present in every stage of out-of-court credit recovery settlements.

JJActivos’ activity is based in establishing partnerships with its clients in order to develop commercial relationships into lasting projects rather than providing an occasional collection service.

JJActivos’ goal is not only to recover unpaid past-due credit, but it also has the fundamental principle of defending the image of the institutions it represents by enabling client retention and, if possible, by guaranteeing the continuity of commercial contracts and relationships, according to the strategy defined by the creditor’s institution.

The solid establishment of its entire structure, based on continuous training allied to a sustained technological development, makes JJActivos a reliable company with a proven track record, attained by providing a quality service, tailored to the specific requirements of its clients.

    With over 20 years of experience within the financial sector, Jorge founded JJActivos in 2001. Prior to that, he cooperated with several financial institutions as an asset manager and in credit control within the pharmaceutical industry.
    Jorge practices his term of office specializing in Credit to Consumer.
    Jorge holds a degree in Law and an MBA in Business Management by ISCTE.

Bruno Ribeiro

    With over 15 years of experience within the financial sector, Bruno began his career in BES (now Novo Banco) and joined JJActivos in 2007. He started as the head for the Litigation department and later became the Chief Operations Officer, acting as the head of the Call Centre as well as of the business planning strategy development analysis area.

    Íris Carvalho joined JJActivos in 2009 and is the HR Director and the head of International Relations since 2013. She is in charge of the Human Resources area as well as of the international relations area.
    Íris holds a degree by the Universidade de Aveiro and has further developed her competences in the Faculty of Economics of the Universidade Nova of Lisbon.

    With over 10 years of experience, Pedro joined JJActivos in 2007 as an Asset Manager in the Door to Door Recovery department and later became the Chief compliance Officer, where he now is in charge of the Quality Policy and the Client Ombudsman, acting as the liaison between the company's operations and its partners. He previously performed the duties of Junior Consultant in the company LusoCristal Consulting, Lda. Implementing Management systems.
    He holds a degree in Attorneyship and is enlisted in the OSAE (Portuguese Attorneys and Execution Officers Association.)
